The recipe hasn't
changed and has been kept a secret for over 40 years. It represents
the perfect balance between old-fashioned tradition and modern food-preparation
techniques. L'Heritage Traditional Baked Beans offer unsurpassed
quality backed by production capabilities structured to meet the
needs of a very demanding clientele.
L'Heritage has
a proud history that began in 1977 when Marc Blanchet and André
Gloutenez founded Fèves au lard L'Héritage with the
objective of offering the most unique and best tasting baked beans
with pork anywhere. Today, General Manager Robin Blanchet heads
a family company firmly established on the local and national markets.
As L'Heritage continues to grow and penetrate new markets, the main
challenge is to continue building the future on what has brought
us success so far: we are a single-product company dedicated to
uncompromising quality and freshness - quite a rarity in the world
of business today.

For over two decades, L'Heritage Traditional Baked Beans have been
the all-time favourite of a number of major food chains and a long
list of restaurants. Our leadership position is the result of an
original strategy (based on continuity and development) that proved
highly successful. Our production methods have not changed. We still
rely on traditional preparation and cooking methods coupled with
our extensive know-how. In order to consistently deliver a high-quality
product, we call on the most advanced equipment available, specially
customized for preparing and baking beans with pork. With a weekly
production capacity that can easily exceed 50,000 pounds, L'Heritage
Traditional Baked Beans are available in a complete range of packaging.
Our exceptional flexibility and reliability enable us to meet the
needs of restaurants and restaurant chains, as well as other retail
distribution outlets. Suppliers are extremely important to us and
we maintain a close relationship with ours, based on trust. This
approach has enabled us to offer impeccable service and virtually
eliminate the risk of stock shortages.

L'Heritage cultivates a sense of family among its personnel. These
men and women are responsible for the success of the company and
its product. They are also the strength and the expertise behind
this family business. Their know-how and craftsmanship have made
L'Heritage Traditional Baked Beans a sought-after delicacy everywhere.
