It's really a matter of taste. Some people do and others don't.
In any case, you must remember that the higher the water content
in a given product, the more careful you have to be when freezing
it. The main rule to follow is: quick freezing, slow thawing in
the refrigerator.

Our product is fresh and produced without any preservatives whatsoever.
Since it is not a CANNED product, which has undergone a special
thermal treatment, it must always be kept in the refrigerator, ideally
at a temperature of 4 degrees Celcius.

We put a 30-day pre-emption date on our packaging, but obviously,
more people will eat our product when it's still fresh. After this
period, the baked beans are still good to eat. Their microbiological
content is very low since they are baked for a very long time. However,
the oxidization of the fat in the product will affect its taste
after 40 days. You should come to our plant and try our baked beans
'hot from the oven' to taste the difference yourself.
